WEST GEAUGA COMMUNITY JOINT RECREATION DISTRICT
December 12, 2018
Vice President Bernie Mandel called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm at Bass Lake Restaurant. Board members present: Ed Curtis, John Gromek, Rick Izant, Greg Poe and Walt Waetjen. Jason Abate also present.
The minutes for the: November 2018 meeting were presented. Rick Izant motioned to accept the minutes. Greg Poe seconded.

The November treasurer’s report showed: Ending checking balance: $12,287.87; Total disbursements: $25.00; Total deposits: $240.00; Encumbered funds: $0; Unencumbered funds: $39,999.55. John Gromek motioned to accept the treasurer’s report; Bernie Mandel seconded.
